What is Polymer clay?
Polymer clay is a man made medium that is very lightweight and malleable. Its versatility allows it to be used in a lot of different ways, including jewelry making.
How do I look after my earrings?
Polymer clay is a strong medium, but overtime your earrings can wear down. Here are some tips to look after them:
Store your earrings separately so they don't get scratched and in a clean dry place away from sunlight.
Avoid cosmetic and parfume exposure.
Keep them away from water.
All items sold on this website are fashion jewelry and as a result with air and body oils exposure, the metal ( stainless steel, brass, alloy) used for the findings may tarnish overtime. In order to slow down the natural process of oxydization, you can keep your jewel in an anti tarnish bag or in a drawer or pouch with an anti tarnish tab, as well as gently cleaning the metal finding with an anti tarnish cloth.
Please note that most of the products sold on this website contain small parts, sometimes loose, that might be dangerous to young children and pets.
It is the buyer's responsability to keep those items away .
What type of payment do you accept?
All prices shown are in Australian dollars.
Payment can be made with credit/debit card (via Stripe) as well as Paypal.
what is your processing time?
It will take 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Processing time for a specific color request will take 2 to 4 days.
Shipping time is to be added to the processing time.
Artisane Paris is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order has been dispatched.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be nicely packed in a small box protected with shredded paper and shipped out to you by Australia Post.
At check out, you have the choice between two flat rate options:
Standard shipping with tracking: $10.95 , estimated delivery time 4-6 days.
Express Shipping with tracking : $14.45, estimated delivery time 2-4 days.
Do you take order?
Artisane Paris doesn't "make to order" a product unless it is for a specific color request, that color will have to be in stock already.

All product listed are in stock until the last available is sold out. Then new products will be handcrafted and be available again for sale unless the design is discontinued.
Do you accept refund or exchange?
Refund or exchange (for the same item ) will only be accepted for item that have been broken/damaged during shipping.
Please send an email at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged item in its original packaging within 7 days upon reception.
Artisane Paris does not accept refund or exchange on change of mind or for items damaged during use or misuse.
